Internet and the Social World ♥

Nowadays, we hardly see children outside the streets playing sports like the way it was before but that doesn’t mean kids don’t play at all. It’s just that they do it the more relaxing way and that is through the internet. Basically, children today are passive enough to spend almost their entire day fixed in front of the computers while connecting to the world that’s why I can say that the net made the world smaller, literally. It changed so many things both in positive and negative way.

I can say that through the net, communication is as easy as breathing. People can talk unlimitedly using chat no matter how far they are from one another. It makes people connected in various ways which was almost impossible before but as it change the world making distance not a problem anymore; we also end up far behind the real world. We sometimes forget that our life should not only rotate inside the net though it’s more convenient that way, socializing with people while just sitting conveniently chatting over the net. The thing is, we should reach out to the world physically at times as well because it’s where we really belong.

Take in the fact that internet is something that makes the world connected in just a snap but as much as possible we should go out of it as often as we can because it’s the only way we’ll really connect to the world. Besides, we are real people in the real world and we shouldn’t let ourselves be jailed in cyberspace just so we can feel life less complicated and easier.

children are occupied with the cyber games these days and i think that its up to the parents and school to make them explore the real world like field trips and such faily outings. I think that it is better to show the world to the children rather than sit in front of the computer and play games until their eyes burns.

Now it's so easy to just type somebody's name on google and search for information about that person. I miss old-fashioned way oif getting to know that person, you know? Like actually finding the time and making the effort to tall to someone, and not just text or chat wiith him or her.

I agree when you said that through internet, communication is as easy as breathing. It is true most especially for people who have easy access on the net like those with internet connections at home.

But i think today, there is still a larger percentage of people who do not have any access at internet at all and most of the times they are the people good in facing different people at different situations - socializing.
