Oral Tradition versus Written Tradition

During the past, laws and conduct were only spread through word of mouth. This is called oral tradition. History, law, and literature are orally passed down to generations. Although it was only through word of mouth, this laws were respected and being followed. Many contradicted this law because it has no evidence, thus, may be a hoax.
In contrary with the oral tradition, the written tradition is passed down to generations with a concrete evidence. Today, our constitution are examples of written tradition. Lawmakers revise the law to make it suitable for the citizen of a certain country.

The Holy Bible is a form of written tradition
